The Scottish project is a charitable arm of Kan-do. A percentage of the earnings from this project are donated to charity.
The Aims for this project are:
- The prevention and relief of poverty
- The advancement of education
- The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
Our Mission is to:
“Develop values and practices of Social Responsibility in children through their active participation in actions that improve their Health and Environment”
Babakoochi and friends will engage young minds in a journey of discovery combining learning in action providing an effective method for improving health, citizenship and environment. Positive awareness raising and behavioural changes in individuals, families, neighbourhoods and communities.
A vast range of appropriate resources, curricular materials, activities and worksheets are on-line and will be made available. Expertise will be offered in content, design and delivery to match and meet the specific needs of identified
groups.
